So sad you got screwed by SetEscrow. It seems the 2 devs that created coinpayments.net before selling it to its present owner also created SetEscrow much later though.

I sent PMs to both of the devs last year to ask for something or other did not bother replying. One of the PMs was to ask iof the escrow service was still live but they did not bother replying. Go back to SetEscrow and send them a message there.

In future you really should also avoid ShapeShift as their charges are quite high and there are too many problems with their customer services and also delays of many days or weeks in receiving coins.

How can you not find out the latest info about a service before using it despite the fact its attached to a reputable service out there considering that its been long its being inactive. Even human being if I want to deal with you with one week interval, I want to still be sure that you are the same person I dealt with because people change in matter of hours not to talk of days. This announcement thread was done since 2016 with little activities up to this time. Just try the options given by the poster above.

5 days ago created an escrow transaction on SetEscrow.com, sent the funds and it got confirm, i received confirmation mail from SetEscrow.com, " Your payment for escrow transaction ********************** is now complete and the seller should deliver your item(s) soon." Never got any responses from the seller neither did the seller responds to my mails.

On the escrow transaction status page, it's still showing the amount received. I initiated a dispute and it's more than 2days and SetEscrow.com has also not responded to the ticket, the status is still showing "being processed".

SetEscrow is still alive and well

Do note since support is account-specific and we can't give out details in a public forum you'd want to contact us through our official support channels at https://www.setescrow.com/help

It is normal to not receive a reply to a new dispute for 1-2 days since the 1st thing we do is try to contact the seller for their side of the story and any tracking #s/evidence they have.

My transaction from 24 June untill now are still not resolved and the fund are on hold.

That means the whole process is still unresolved even though by today it has been 35 days since you reported the incident to SetEscrow
