Hi,
I made a transfer from XAPO to a BCT Wallet, i paid the high priority fee to make the transfer faster. Have passed like 3 hours and its still pending, the seller is asking for a transaction ID, and they don't give you a transaction ID, or a transaction hash, so you basically can't check what is going on.
The avg confirmation time in Blockchain is supposed to be 40 minutes...
They DON'T have support, only a faq site, but you can't make support tickets or something. Does some one have experience with these guys? Im very worried.

I heard some issue like this the same as what happen to your transaction.. If you can't get the TXID i think this is bug issue.. So the only thing that you can do right now is to report the bug or the pending transaction in your wallet.. So that they can take action and fix your pending transaction. I don’t know if you are using only their web site but on Xapo mobile app the transactions ID and hash are avilable. You have to click on transaction and the data on blockchain will be available to you (the option check the transaction with blockchain). They also have the support but they are not very quick in answering or sometimes they don’t realy at all. I’m using Xapo for a long time but never had such an issue. Hope you will solve your problem. |

You cannot cancel a BTC transaction, once the transaction is broadcasted to network there's no way to cancel it. can you post the address you sent the coins to? you can obtain transaction id/hash from any block explorer(if tx was sent). |

dont think bad in your btc xapo wallet is a trusted wallet in bitcoin you need only to wait its like coinpot sometimes its really take time while making a transaction i use also in my past transaction so i know that will be ok for more knowledge about btc wallet use coinpot its good for transaction and its no fee when you make a withdrawal in some btc wallet like our wallet here in philippines |

I'm not sure if the seller would be ok to share his BTC address here, but I already checked in blockchain.info and it has 0 transactions.
I contacted yesterday to the "support" staff, and today they sent me this text:
"Thank you for being a valued Xapo user! Being a bitcoin company, it is standard procedure to analyze transactional activity. That being said, we wanted to let you know that your recent transaction is on a temporary hold while it is being analyzed. In the meantime, you can transfer funds between your Xapo wallets and will be informed regarding the state of this transaction within the next 48 business hours!
We apologize for the inconvenience of this routine check. But certainly thank you for your patience and understanding as this is for your security purposes!

That's why you should stop using/storing bitcoins on wallets like xapo/coinbase or on exchanges. i never faced delays like these, it's your money you should hold the private keys, use wallets like mycelium,electrum,copay. You can speed up the process by complaining on twitter/reddit or whatever they're on.  |

All this centralized trading platform like xapo and coinbase are just shit and shame in the face of bitcoin wallet. Both of them are highly monitored and they can froze or halt any of your bitcoin transaction in the name of investigation.
Don't use them in future, just use electrum or jaxx like SPV wallets which will never ask for any IDs or will never halt your transaction.

You cannot cancel a BTC transaction, once the transaction is broadcasted to network there's no way to cancel it. can you post the address you sent the coins to? you can obtain transaction id/hash from any block explorer(if tx was sent). But there's no transaction ID provided. How's that? That sucks. Im using Xapo few months ago. But never encountered anything like this. Maybe Xapo is just undergoing maintenance or something to fix. Anyway, Xapo is bad when it comes to support. Expect their response after several days. That's the problem with these online wallets and exchanges. If you want quick response regarding to your problem. Most of them are very urgent. But the response takes days and even weeks. Sometimes you feel that they don't care with their customers. Their support sucks. |

When it comes to the matter of support, xapo and coinbase are realistically proven groups conforming with bad standards of behaviour.
Before this post, there were also some similar complaints seen on play store under xapo app.
I advice you yo post a complaint directly on playstore if still unresolved.

xapo is good btc wallet and also you can earn without deposit because they have many faucet to earn even its small you need to wait atleast and thats is you need because its like some btc wallet that dont have exact time when you make a transaction and also dont think bad in you btc it will be safe im sure about it |
