Payout disappeared from Slush's Pool

So looking at my payout history from Slush's pool I noticed I never received a payout. Over a couple of day period my payout history according to bitcoincz was .05, .06, and .05. I received both of the .05s but never received the .06, nor did I receive a notification email. Also the payout isn't on blockchain so I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions?
