You need a dev.
And that isn't going to be free.
I'd say if you're serious about having that site built? Reconstructed? you should expect to pay somebody at least several hundred dollars worth of bitcoin.
That's what I'd quote you, anyway... Doesn't look like you've got much there.
If you don't want to go custom built, you could always get a script for a few bucks, and have a faucet that looks like every other faucet.
But that's less fun.
