For me, the words that don't have specific data to support such claims are just an opinion that it will be good as hearsay or a rumor. I have been in many predictions by this year but it did not happen as desired making most of us to be disappointed with the results of our investments therefore if there is no explanation of all about this 2020 then better i will just wait and see or i will just think of any other opportunities.
