Now I have 600 L3+ and 200 S9 running. It's located in a discarded factory at the same town, which is temporary.

I am wondering how much did you pay for your L3+ and S9. How much of a volume discount did you get?
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Have you encountered the drinking issue when trying to get approvals, reports, docs or just with construction workers ?

You need to drink with the officials to build good "relationship".

If drinking is all you need in your country to build good relationships then you are a lucky man.

There is no discount. The price is public. Cry

I can't see the pics. BTW, for 500kVA transformer, how many S9 antminers can you run? Are you using 220 or 240V?

Hey there, nice work.

Is it really true that the locals and gov are tryna limit the power usage for mining farms there?

It's local governments, and yeah, it's true. I'm not affiliated with Richestlizza, but my mine is pretty close to his and they've been flipping our power off for the past 48 hours or so. This should create some good opportunities. This squeezing will cause some miners to relocate, but it will probably make some others downsize or quit altogether. I'm thinking there will be more machines on the market really soon.

How are things in China now? There has been a lot of buzz about the crackdown in China in the last week or so? Is that still really happening? Thanks.

You can easily run 280 S9 miners on a 500KVA transformer. 220 or 240 either should work. Thanks.

Is this what you did?

500kva * 0.8  = 400kva / 1.4k => 285 units

Yes, took power factor as 1. You should be good with these. What is the weather like in your area? In summer, the amps might go up a little bit so don't overload for continuous operation. Thanks.

Summer is hot and dry where I live; hence, I am planning to use evaporated cooling. It is a lot cheaper than A/C. I am thinking about ultrasonic evaporation but the water is too hard here.

Hot and dry is good for evaporative cooling. You should be good.

How hot does it get at your site during summer though? I am sure winter isn't that difficult to handle, but the temperature difference between summer and winter can be like 30'C...

~snip~

Man that looks amazing. Awesome to see someone who was able to put together some large scale expansion plans in place during the rough patch. How big are you now? The last update said you were going to be 500 PH by the end of 2018, I could understand if that got delayed.

First time I noticed the thread so I'm a bit behind but that's an awesome accomplishment. Are you still doing the hosting? Did you ever manage to get a cloud mining operation running? I have to ask you previously were at 100 machines yourself, what's that grown to? Didn't see it anywhere but have you gone the solo mining route or do you have a pool you like?
