Feeling a little depressed about the latest FCC moves this week. Obviously timed during Thanksgiving week in US to garner the least outrage
https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2017/11/net-neutrality-supporters-plan-nationwide-protests-on-december-7/

This forum is important though.
In the spirit of actual Thanksgiving, I just wanted to say thanks to you folks here in the forum. Due to the work I’m engaged in I haven’t posted until now but I’ve been keeping up with discussions and developments for a couple years. So grateful for this place.

I’m not trying to stroke your egos,  I’m just convinced the collective minds here are going to both usher in a new economy and transform information exchange entirely. Despite the consolidation of services happening (i.e. demise of net neutrality) I think we're on the verge of a breakthrough. Just imo.

-Thanks from a newb

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
