I have a used 8GB iPhone 3G on the ATT network. It also comes with the original box and charger as shown in the first picture. The device is used and does have some scratches/scuffs from normal wear. Nothing really bad. You can see them in the pictures.

I would assume it is locked to the ATT network. The device hasn't been jail broken or anything like that. It was purchased on an upgrade, used a little while then replaced when the iPhone 4 came out. Nothing fancy done to it.
