What are you talking about? Did you even check out that forum? There are offers going for as low as $1 a year. If you are looking for something cheaper than that, then I have some bad news for you. Also, cheap is going to mean that the service is probably going to be subliminally oversold and it's going to hurt the performance of your website significantly.
