Thanks for all your updates Rocket.  Are you aware of any exchanges that this is on (not listed on coinmarketcap) that accept people from the US? Its kind of difficult for western investors to get into this coin right now...

Business Development:
  • Hosted the 6th technical meetup for blockchain developers at Beijing, with numbers of hot-seating like Bin sheng Wang (professor of Academy of Social Science), Hai hui Zhang (Secretary-general of Blockchain Association), chief delegate of China from Bitshare community, Cen Zi (COO of yoyow), You po Jiang (CEO of Bitconver), Zeng bo Zhang (CEO of Magicwallet), Wei Do (CEO of Coinwallet) , organized by blockchain.bus.
  • Established cooperation with DACA and iCenter from Tsinghua University.
Core:
  • Completed GRbit module of LVM.
  • Developed new capability to send messages from chain to LVM.
  • Coded Mid-ware module of LVM.
  • Coded RPC module of LVM.
  • Migrated all agent nodes to new servers.
Smart Contract:
  • Developed new contract: Golden-Egg and Red-Packet (under test).
  • Developed the contract for automatic exchange with ACT (under test)
Achain Wallet:
  • Upgraded to new version V1.0.7.
  • Built the Mac version development environment.
Documentation:
  • Translated White Paper (not released)
Blockchain Browser:
  • Released new version browser providing query for contracts and account balance.
  • Coded Go version browser.
Website & Forum:
  • Upgraded official website adding feature with team show.

what does this statement means?

from the whitepaper, i see that only 99 nodes will be chosen as possible block issuer agents.  So these 99 nodes will decide which consensus algorithm to use?  does this happens every block?

how often does the 99 nodes voting happens?  means once voted as possible block issuer agents, the node will stay in the voting scope for how long?
