So I went to my local coin shop today. I'm pretty good friends with the owner. To him, silver is silver. But if he gets something interesting (NORFED usually), he'll pull them out and save them for me. Today he asked me what I knew about "Silver Bullet, Silver Shield". I said I had a Freedom Girl round, thought it was pretty cool. He showed me this one somebody sold just as a 1oz round. It was already in the airtite. I looked it up quick on eBay-its the rarest Silver Bullet Silver Shield piece. It was the first of their entire series, and was only minted in limited amounts. Check what its going for on eBay. If anybody is interested, PM me an offer. If I don't get one I like I'll just hold onto it. But I'd be happy to accept BTC, more silver, combination of both, whatever. Just PM me.
Thanks

Jeepers are they expensive Smiley These SBSS rounds are very nice, I've been eyeing them on eBay for a while now.

How much would you let it go for?

This one especially:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SILVER-BULLET-SILVER-SHIELD-1-TROY-OZ-999-DEATH-DEBT-CHRIS-DUANE-SBSS-AOCS-/221235430859?pt=US_Bullion_Bars_Rounds&hash=item3382a8c5cb

I have the Freedom Girl and the Slave Queen...but I didn't pay more than $30 for them (its really hard to think of bullion as numismatic-but then again, you should see what some old-school hand-poured Engelhard bars go for)

I'd take silver or BTC for this. Dollar amount? $65 I guess. I know its a lot and I feel like an ass but thats supposedly what they're worth.

This specific ("In Debt and Death") one is so valuable cause its the first of the series. They did this one, "Trivium", "Slave Queen", "Freedom Girl" and I think the [last] one that they have yet to release is probably the coolest:

I find it funny that all this "Silver Bullet, Silver Shield" stuff is so popular and thus expensive. It is the project of a guy named Chris Duane, who urged people to buy silver at the lowest possible price they could (he suggested 90% pre-'65 stuff), and now his silver is worth spot x 3.

You might want to mark the thread as closed then Smiley I'd like the AG-47 too, but reading what Mulligan Mint did... Don't want to "support" them Undecided
