I am going to invest some money into November ICO. So I found two I like.
Both start in 4-5 day, each has some PR placements, I already saw long discussions about each in Facebook and Telegram.
So please kindly share your opinion which one more likely to become the project which make me rich?^^

Atlant – rental agreements guaranteed by the blockchain technology so you spend less time and money
Confideal – smart contracts for everyone. No need to be an expert to use it. Rent a car/buy a hooker whatever.

WOW! Versus! But, as I see, you are mistaken a little - Atlant will end in 4 days, Confideal will start in 5 days.

I give my voice to future things, i want to make THE money! use easy platform for order a pizza is what i talking about.
Confideal is a real future instrument for ppl in every area of life.

Don't believe me just read this shit - https://medium.com/@confideal/why-will-confideal-ico-be-successful-ad293f09d7e1

these two really good choice, but personally I try to invest in something particularly new and innovative

i cannot say that the first ico you mentioned is that innovative as the second. confideal are risky guys, they set the maximum high and they get it imho. why? cause they implemented blockchain based smart contracts, like did Practica or other succesfull projects.

so if to decide - I'll advise Confideal

recently found interesting info on Merkel about 'em, check it if cannot decide

Some UPD. For me for U and for Jesus

Found link: https://medium.com/@confideal/why-will-confideal-ico-be-successful-ad293f09d7e1

To sum up: lots of blablabla about team and Media coverage and 71k Facebook community for God sake. Just usual advertising
BUT
Line about Token distribution, white paper, and cap attracted my attention. I am close to belive.

Also on the same site found old one: https://medium.com/@coinomi/partnership-with-global-real-estate-platform-atlant-206fc94f6c84
Usual stuff and so on but was created in 2014. Ummm. Not nice as for me!

Why Atlant need so much time for their ico? Month and half ...but they are too close to the target - 5 millions
And Confideal wants to make more than 21 millions in 20 days! High level...

and if it versus, I think a website of Atlant looks horrible opposite to Confideal

I personaly reserched much info about that projects.
Not sure if I should invest real budget but it seems to me its nice idea.

Just saw statment about cooperation between Confideal, a smart-contract creation platform VR-platform MARK.SPACE

Their site says:
MARK.SPACE is an eco-system allowing users from all over the world to communicate with each other in a social and economic way, create new content, consume goods and services from the platform's other users. This project combines ideas with the most progressive technologies, such as VR/AR (virtual reality/augmented reality), blockchain and smart contracts.

Not sure that it is time for such products but it looks like big step in future.

I was really impressed of this article https://www.equities.com/news/wall-street-is-about-to-witness-disruption-on-a-phenomenal-level-with-blockchain
. Please take a look.

As i understand,  now blockchain technology can't give us needed trust between parties and smart contract is a new solution of this problem.
Ok, rent is also a big problem, but not so important.

that is what I'm telling everybody on this forum!!!!!
Smart contracts are by no means magical constructs that understand user intent and are always flawless!

If there is an oversight in the text, the result might be even more dramatic than in a traditional contract, because the rules of the smart contract are recorded in computer code and cannot be freely interpreted according to ‘the intent of the contract’, but only according to literal meaning.

SO, yes, as for me COnfideal go go!

It could be, but not in that huge way as with paper contracts. Thus, Confi using it. Smart contracts sound reliable, if you know what i mean

Atlant is a pretty good project but for me this is not a great project. You can study the Forty Seven Bank project, which integrates all the elements that a large-scale project must have. The project will start the fundraising phase in the next 14 hours, maybe you will like that project  Smiley

As for me, ATLANT collected money because it has an understandable idea for people who do not even understand anything about the blockchain.
But I do not understand what CONFIDEAL will do.

Confideal is a complete end-to-end smart contract management service that gives businesses and individuals alike the ability to transact domestic and international deals safely and quickly.

If short, it's a smart contract without programming skills:)

The problem with programmers is that an average person can hardly tell the difference between good coding and random words.

For Confi, the two are equally illegible. But very often many ICOs don’t bother to have any. They say, a piece of code reflects the attitude of a developer, but the absence of any presentation of the backstage of the project indicates the attitude of the creators. Moreover, the fact that there is a ready-to-use product, as in the case with Confideal, offers you a possibility to try and use the product yourself.

A you really sure you want to invest in ICO? Isn't it better to wait for the tokens beeing listed on an exchange and then buy at a cheaper price than ICO?
Keep in mind that at the moment, you are more likely going to loose money on ICO than making money.

Interesting that fact that i really planed to use product that I invest in, for example Confideal
And when ICO start i will buy some tokens and have 25% for free
Ans also i think the price should rise, because Confideal will change a lot in our situations

Ha ha Cheesy Couldn'tagree more. Smart contracts is something that cannot be fraud, or corrupted

I really don't know any country with no corruption in judiciary, so i think smart contracts is one way to solve this problem.
But Confideal also have a arbitration module with real ppl, so there is could be a problem. People are  influenced

People are influenced, but still not that much as with simple contracts. Moreover you don't need any programming skills.

As for me, ATLANT collected money because it has an understandable idea for people who do not even understand anything about the blockchain.
But I do not understand what CONFIDEAL will do.

Same here. Confideal is still very vague to me. We have yet to see something from this project. Of course it does not suffice that people here, especially newbies and jr. members, will promote it. It does not add any value to an ongoing ICO. As for Atlant, we have seen Vitalik Buterin himself promoting the project. We know that it is a project that will put real estate business into blockchain. And they have gathered more than $5 million already.

Useful links:

VS
https://atlant.io/
https://www.facebook.com/pg/atlantplatform

Make some noise:)

These two might be helpful fou to choose.

If you're into smart contracts, then i'd recommend taking a good look at Cybermiles. They are decentralizing marketplaces with smart business contracts. they partnered with 5miles (an app with 12 million users) to integrate the blockchain and then commercialize it for businesses. So many applications and better than ethereums in terms of performance and abilities for ecommerce.

This is what the chief scientist posted on medium: https://medium.com/cybermiles/cmt-vs-eth-c7eea2b03632
