I will beg to disagree please...

Money laundering is just an excuse, when your internal financial system is broken and it facilitates money laundering crypto or fiat no one can stop money laundering.
Of course to have a crypto in the first place you need to have fiat first and now if your fiat cash is a black or corrupt money of course your crypto assets will be corrupt too but if you have legal money and you convert it into crypto assets then your crypto is legal too.

So we should fix our financial system first, if we fix this money laundering in crypto will not happen. Same applies to terrorism its just a speculation, there are no proofs that Cyrpto/Bitcoin is funding terrorism.

Now whether it's easy to track or not... I guess this is the most easiest part... We have seen in US FBI have recovered stolen Bitcoin and seized funds worth millions of dollars in bitcoins, not only one time but now this happening quite often... so we can't say that it's not possible to track crypto transactions. It is very much possible.

Yes on the anonymity part you might be right to some extent but once you try to convert you crypto to fiat you know how easy it will be to link your so called "anonymous crypto wallet" to your passport, Goverment id, your selfie, your mobile number or whatever garbage we have been upload to these exchanges.

So to stay anonyms, don't convert your "stolen" cryptos to fait just kidding.

Financial systems and the type of Democracy in which Asian Countries especially like Pakistan India are Living There Money Laundering can not be controlled because the system which develop to control is it dont have powers to Stop it they can just track even now thay even cant track.

I want to say If Government lunches its own Centralized exchange (wait wait) just to Provide the Stable currency to its users to buy Crypto there will be a check point note check point government can Check which person is buying how much money then,

Again Nobody will be able to withdraw crypto into Cash or Country Currency without that exchange then government can charge taxs and track the Blance in between users are free to intrect.

Government has done so much for freelancers, just because they are bringing so much remittance to the nation- if the freelancer are acknowledged I am sure in coming days government will realize that crypto is fine market to be given due importance. Days are near when we will see good future of crypto in Pakistan - If Kaptain stays for sometime! 

I don't think Kaptaan is against the cryptocurrency, i think he is waiting for the dust to settle before making any decision. And also he hasn't got the time to relax, the PDM has been on the move since the start of his govt, and also i think there is no proper person to guide IK about cryptocurrency, so he is more reluctant to accept the new financial world.

Lekin agar app nay ais niyat c plot buy kia k kaal ko you will make you home, tu aus plot p zakat ni. Aisi tarah if you bought house / shop not for selling purpose tu koi zakat ni. Han if you bought them and give them on rent, tu phir rent p zakat hogi sirf, aus plot, shop aur house ki value p ni.
Future mein agar app sell bhi ker detay hein tu jo amount receive hogi gi aus p hogi...kion k jab sell ki niyat hogi tabhi zakat laguu hogi.

Nisaab
Zakaat ka nisaab 7 1/2 tola sona ya 52 1/2 tola chandi ya etne miqdaar ma maal ho.

Asal nisaab sona aur chandi ha. Aur har zamane ma chon k qeemat badalti rehte ha kehaza sone aur chandi ma jis ki qeemat km honge wohi nisaab shumar hoga

Maslan 52 1/2 tola chandi ki qeemat 75k ha ajkal taqreban Aur 7 1/2 ki qeemat 7 lakh+ tho hisaab chandi ka higa aur 1 tola sona par b zakaat wajib higa

Agr kal ko chandinki qeemat 3 lakh aur sone ki qeemat 2 lak ho tho hisaab chandi ka lagaya jaega

Mukhtasar ye k jis ki qeemat km ho usi ka hisaab higa. Esi ma ghareebo ka faida ha.

Note: zakaat 5 cheezo par wajib hotha ha
1: Sona 2: Chandi 3: Naqd maal 4: zrorat se zaid samaan 5: karOborY samaan
Jb zakaat nekala jae tho en tamam cheezo ki qeemat ko jama kiya jae aur qarz ko us se minus kiya jae.

Karobar aur dukan ma sirf us maal pe zakaat Hoga jo sell K liye ho. Machines jis se maal bnta ho ya shop par zakaat na hoga.

Note: ye bath smaj le k jis din ap k pas etna maal aa gia k us ki qeemat nisaab ko pohnch gai wo date note krna lazmi ha. Ye date poori umar k liye apka zakaat date hogia.
Es date ko islami date ma convert kre.
Ab jb b ye islami date ae tho ap ne apne tamam Nisaab k hisaab Krna ha aur 2.5% hisa dina ha.

Agr kisi ko date yad nhe tho wo poori koshish kre k thareekh yad kre agr belkul pata na chalta ho tho mahina yad kre ayr mahine ki koi tareekh khud muntakhab farmae.
Agr mahine ka b pata na chle tho per koi b tareekh muntakhab kre mgr note kr le q k Esi din hee tamam hisaab lagana higa.

Maslan apka date 12 jan 2021 aisa date tha k ao k pas nisaab poora hwa tha tho ap ne esko islami date ma convert krna ha maslan 6 Rajab bna tho agle saal 6 rajab ko apne tamam samaan k hisaab lagana ha.

Agr kisi k pas 5 rajab ko 20k Rupees the only mgr 6 Rajab ko 10 Btc agae tho per zakaat 10 btc ka lagaya jaega.

Esi tarah agr kisi pas 5 rajab ko 500 Btc the mgr 5 rajab he ko km ho k 20k only rehgae tho zakaat wajib na hoga.


Note: Saal guzarne ka matlb ye nhe k usi maal par saal guzar jae balke matlb ye saal guzarne k bad usi tareekh ko dikha jaega k ap k pas nisaab pora ha ya nhe

Ada kb krna ha.
Jaise he Wajib ho us waqt ad kre tho behter ha Ramzan thk wait zrori nhe. Ha ramzan ma sawaab ziada ha.
Agar kisi ne 5 saal ka zakaat ada nhe kiya tho sb saalo ka zakaaat ada krna zrori ha maut se pehle. aur hisaab hr saal ka agr sona tho jis saal wajib hwa rhe usi hisaab se lagaya jaega.


Aur kis ko dina ha

Wese tho 8 marig quran ma bian hi chke ha. Mgr mukhhtasAr ye k hr wo shaks jo khud nisaab ka malik na ho aur musalan hi de sakte ha. Bhai ya behen ko zakaat de sakte ha agr ghareeb ho ya qrz .
Baap,Dada,maa,nani aur aulaad ko nhe de sakte. Masjid ma nhe de sakte q k maalik bnana shart ha ha madrassa ma de
sakte ha
