No you dont have to pay anything for getting this token , you just need have one transaction on your Ether wallet , its due to avoid bots joining airdrops.

My understanding is that you should have at least one prior transaction of 0.001ETH or more on your ETH address. I guess it's the dev's way of preventing mass created new addresses just to receive the airdrop.
