I'm actually genuinely curious what the advantages of this new algorithm are from an investor perspective? is it a sick resistant? The main thing I'm wondering about is how this is going to affect the mainstream altcoin mining Market and if this hybrid approach that you have is actually worth investing time and money into. all in all I think this is a pretty cool effort and I'm looking forward to seeing the results.

Our biggest bet will be on the local market, currently Brazil is awakening to the cryptomoedas market, and we will use this demand in BZL.
We are really looking forward to what's coming, we have great projects.

There are a few 'regional' coins either in operation or coming onto the market.  From my observation the ones which are successful, concentrate on the local community, have a good tourist population, great PR & have merchants on side, install ATMs or other convenient ways to use the coin (visa cards).  I think this one will be a goer, especially if the Devs make it a useful way of doing 'business' for the local & tourist community.

I can launch BZL market at CryptoHub but there are no miners....  Where all miners are?  It's better to share hasrate

Miners come and go on the http://pool.bzlcoin.org.  I have stayed for the bounty, but at times it is many hours between block captures & a lot of hashes given for a small return.  I think once the activity on the net picks up there will be more miners.  Currently the last block was an hour ago & I have been hashing at 127Mh/s.  The pool is hashing at 261Mh/s total, block time is 30sec. Even with a variation in block time the blocks are going somewhere else.

Wondered about that myself.  If there is no 'traffic' on the chain do block still form or does all sit idle until sufficient shares are generated?

Surely without shares of needed difficulty block can't be generated. 
Just see how jumps difficulty on this coin https://cryptohub.online/blocks_hist/BZL/    0.75 minimum and 1200 maximum

What you have said is probably the main problem at the moment.  There is just not enough movement of shares to generate a steady flow of blocks.  See the same with AMS and a few others.  Hard to know where to set 'diff'.

It is indicated that the reward will be in 7 seconds, but for a whole month, nothing comes!
