What the fuck? Who do you think you are to go around begging people for money? They don't owe you anything. Stop being a self - entitled whiner about it and go get a job to help your own family out. What a world we live in. Whine that you didn't get a handout. Go do what you need to do to get the surgery for your sister. Begging has and always will get you nowhere.

Move to a country where you can get medical care for free, like the United States.  Then you wouldn't have to work for a living and could just collect benefits--your whole family could sign up!

You're one person.  Your sister is one person.  You really think a letter writing campaign is going to do anything?  What are you expecting if you live in a country where someone can't get medical care because of income?  Hopefully this isn't anywhere in North America.

You emailed the most popular leaders and celebrities of the world for a purpose and that's a good way but think of it. For example there is one person asking to you to give large amount of money to him/her. Will you give it or not? Maybe no, because first you don't know the person unless you have a kind heart then you will give it. Same as the one who you emailed. They only want to help to person that they know it will increase their popularity when they help it. Just get a decent job or get multiple business and in that way you can earn for your sister.

Do not just write and send an email if you need help most if that is financial and health needs/problem because there are a bunch of scammers and money beggars just want to make money out of it. See them in person and ask for their help so that they can actually see the condition of your sisters surgery, if i were in their position receiving some random email out of nowhere asking help financially do you think they will just reply and say here is your money? No, stand up to your computer or phone and look for help or work.

I do not see any connection with bitcoin, now people can not really give up their savings. This you had to apply to the international aid fund or people to ask how it is fashionable on TV to advertise for help.

you expect them to help you because you ask them?. you are not the only one that has the problem for money there are others that also suffer for the lack of money and they did not get any help. which country are you by the way? you should ask for help in news media the one that popular in your country or ask your government they should have at least health care benefits for their people. we are in a world where people won't help you if they don't get anything from you.

They are silent not that they are totally bad people. Your email can not convince others to donate money. Bitcoin is easy to make money but it is also hard work for them. So it is not easy for them to give up some money when they do not know if it really helps them to work.

Some scammers and swindlers are very capable of descending that low simply to find a target to give them their money. CHshufen, if you are neither a scammer or a swindler, you still have descended very low by begging and taking advantage of your sister's situation to try to get some BTC from people you do not know. Stop it.

People do not know you - they think you are just trying to scam them for free money. Begging for money on the internet - not a very good career move.

I think instead of asking for Bitcoin, maybe you should do a crowdfunding through Kickstarter or something. What you are looking for is a donation for a cause, you don't need Bitcoin for that.

Best wishes to your sister.

Instead of asking or funding bitcoin support to some of celebrity, leaders of this forum, why you should not go to the institution of helping a surgery person,or cancer patients so that they can give medical attention to your sister illness.you know that your action is not appropiate and you use only  the bitcoin as a scapegoat of your necessity,i thinks you fishing of some other bitcoin kindness.no one could give you because they think your a scammer, thats reality

First of all, I am sorry for your sister condition.
I think this action is not suitable anymore. Raise money for surgery on the Internet is riskier. Everyone does not know you.
I believe, everyone that see your emails will detect you as a scammer. I think there are a lot of ways to doing that properly.

you must keep fighting for yourself and the treatment of your sister. when you ask for help from them, surely they are silent because they do not know you and you are not their brother. you can still hope for the government to help the treatment of your sister.

Who are those 'they'? And why do not you explain your situation and problem more properly?
I think the problem is in too many people cover scam behind family problems, you know, it's hard to prove something through the net. Add to that all of huge figures in the economic world never get mail directly, everything is passing different kind of filters and assistances.

Coming to forum like this to solicit help will be a difficult thing to achieve. You have other avenue in your country. You can go to radio station and television houses, NGOs in your country can help publicize your predicament- if it is actually true.

Some scammers and swindlers are very capable of descending that low simply to find a target to give them their money. CHshufen, if you are neither a scammer or a swindler, you still have descended very low by begging and taking advantage of your sister's situation to try to get some BTC from people you do not know. This is exactly my point. Scammers have spoilt the trust system, otherwise, I could think that help wouldn't be bad but nope, this buddy should go for help in his country. Unless his president writes officially with inscripted letter head; signed, sealed and delivered .

Unlucky about your sister but they have no reason to believe an online stranger. For all they know you are in your mom's basement or live in a mansion already due to all the scamming you do. There is no basis for knowing unless you provide series of proofs.

Of course, why would someone go and answer a random email. Just for you to be aware, there are a lot of scammers in cryptocurrency and each of them have their own stories to tell just to get your attention. So, there is no wonder no one answered your messages because everyone is aware of it.
