I don't think anyone here would accept your offer unless you pay them in BTC because most people here prefer to be paid this way rather than receiving tokens as compensation. Perhaps if you could change your mode of payment and post your advertisement on the service board in the marketplace, I'm sure you will attract more attention and may get more requests from people interested in joining your ICO project and be part of your advisory team.
