Is BitVPS still active?

This question is directed at anyone currently doing business with this company or their administration.  I placed and paid for an order 4 days ago that is still pending.  This is an OpenVZ account, so it should be fairly trivial to set up.  I haven't had any response to a ticket I opened regarding this issue or seen any activity at all on their IRC channel.  I'd send an email or call, but there's not much in terms of contact information.  If anyone has any information about what's going on with this company, it'd be greatly appreciated.

So basically they are volunteers and you should harass them until they notice you placed an order
