I think everything online is vulnerable to hacking. So bitcoin is not an exception. Hackers can penetrate any systems connected to the internet, so its possible to hack bitcoin. Maybe that's the reason why there are a lot  of security features in different investment platforms, to avoid hacking. Also there are reported incidents of wallet and bitcoin account breaching which is probably because of hacking.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Yes, many cases lose bitcoin and the amount is not small. Most of them are people who are less thorough with their wallet account. Eg 2fa is not activated, or due to other reasons that is exposed Phishing site / Scam pages. Many modes are done by hackers to get Bitcoin. Therefore be careful in reading the website address and prepare 2fa on each of your Bitcoin wallet account. Be safety!

Now everyone is investing heavily on Bitcoin. But can anyone hack this Bitakayena? If Bitcoin means hacks, then there will be a lot of damage. Where is Bitcoin's hidden security?
talking about security then going back to ourselves.
the bitcoin system is created in such a complexity that it will be very difficult if you mean we can damage or dismantle the system.
then we talk on the other side, in making bitcoin address we can choose some type of wallet option, such as web wallet, desktop, mobile, paper.
each has advantages and disadvantages in terms of security, with the 2FA feature of this even more enhanced security.
this side hackers usually target your account, so use a strong password combination, enable 2FA, protect and update security apps on device gadget.

yest it is but it will only be hackable if you do not make any premises or any cautions about securing your wallet or account.
about wallets it is hard to hack because it is encrypted and you only have one and only keys to open it for me it is 50-50 chance to hack and secure

as some says, not anything online can possibly be hack. bitcoin is built in a secure and smart way that it cant be hack or manipulated easily by anyone not even the great hacker. although theres still a risk that your computer might get infected by malwares and viruses if your  carlessly enough to visit or download in unknown sites or sources therefore they can still steall your precious coins or access and spend your own wallet.

In fact, Bitcoin is theoretically vulnerable to hacking due to its code is open source and programmer can be constantly reviewing it. There is one type of hacking which can successfully hacked bitcoin which called the 51 percent attack. Due to bitcoin is decentralized, bitcoin will be vulnerable if more than 50 percent of the computing power is being controlled by any one of the player. There is one case where a group of people has achieved control 50 percent of the bitcoin network's power. However, hacking bitcoin is not that easy. When you are controlling such huge percentage of the power, you computer must be really good and the electricity bill can be very high. And also the more the poeple using bitcoin, the larger the network, the harder for the people to hack in.

As far as i know Bitcoin itself and most of the other cryptocurrencies, have never been hacked or even really had any downtime. Even everything is online, it doesn't mean that everything can be hacked, otherwise you are a multibillionaire and can afford to build supercomputer with incredibly huge computational power, beeing a person like this you will not need this. The only way it is unsafe is carelessnes of people.
Well I think everything is possible now a days and anything can be hack so about bitcoin there is a possibility that some one can hack bitcoin as well but on other hand I think bitcoin is one of the mature currency in market and I hope that bitcoin will be already prepare for it and there will be a strong home work has done by bitcoin.

In terms of structure, anything that is designed and built can be brought down with disproportionate collapse, it just requires the correct approach and magnitude. The same for the cryptocurrency district too. Nothing is impenetrable. But why would you?

Bitcoin is surely can be hacked nothing is 100% secure hackers will maybe break in in the future. There are now already wallet stealers on the internet they steal your coins when you click a link.

This is why I have 3 virus scanners on my computer i try to be safe.

I think that everything can be hacked because if you are a good hacker and know what you are doing you can hack anything.
Like even big companies have been tried to hack by guys and some of the attacks worked.

Bitcoin has a weak spot according to Satoshi Namakoto himself,  you will need alot of CPU computing power to do so.  There are bad node and good nodes, all the attacker has to do is pull out more power to construct a faster malicious block chain where the BTCs spent by the attacker are immediately sent back to him by the recipient and then double-spent among multiple recipients.

Every currency either offline or virtual is stealable or hackable. BTC, most famous among all virtual currency has few weak points too. Being online mode of trading , there is no buyer protection, so any one could fraud on you, moreover bitcoin being a virtual currency, there is no physical form, so one could store in bitcoin wallet only, so  any how if one could access to your wallet by hacking your account, he could steal all your money, so be safe and protect your wallet otherwise overall bitcoin is awesome and cool Cool

Even if any software is hackable, I have not seen any blockchain hacked. The only things that get hack are for now the smart contracts on top of the blockchain. Does anyone know if any crowded blockchain had been hacked?

I do not think that, because the Bitcoin marketplace is a very good and very expensive coin, so I think it's definitely safe. Because of which it can not be hacked. Everybody is working with Bitcoin and Bitcoin is very popular. If this could be hacked then there was no confidence in the coins of the people and it was not so popular
it may be if you keep your keys in personal computer it may be hack easily. But as I understand it is talking about the Bitcoin hack able or not. As I know there is millions of core developers are working on Bitcoin day and night. They are updating the system for the requirement of the latest technology. So it may be impossible to hack Bitcoin. If we imagine that Bitcoin can hack then it is not too much time to hack. The developers team will be recover it very soon.

Nothing is safe from hacking, and Bitcoin isn't an exception, not at all. It's just that it isn't exactly easy to perform such an action, and it isn't possible to destabilize the entire bitcoin economy by doing that. You are safe if you know what you're doing, and your pockets are safe even if you don't act irresponsibly with your stash.

Everything can be hacked. In the virtual world nothing is really safe But it depends on you how you will take care of your wallet. There is a code (pin) that can help secure your own account. If you are willing to do so you can be secured.

Hacking is an art and there is nothing impossible for an hacker. All things on internet is hackable. While dealing with bitcoin it is our major priority to focus on ensuring authentication and using cold storage wallets or ledger wallet or Nano S Wallet. Also block chain is one of the best platform for storing our funds as it is like a gate, every 10 minutes a new gate is created, so hacker needs a new gate to hack our bitcoin, if they fail a new gate is created.
