Bitcoin is now $12,000. What are your trading plans?

I am interested in what some of you are planning because as a "sheeple" myself, I follow where the trend goes. Haha.

My vote would be to trade some Bitcoins for altcoins, and in my situation, I traded some for Decred. With the price of DCR falling, I am now starting to think that  I made the wrong decision.

In my situation, I am so glad that I am monitoring my gain now. I actually bought it too high but still I keep earning. So my plan is to keep on holding the Bitcoin because the price is keep on increasing. As per forecast, the price will still keep on rising so I have decided to hold it as also my original plan. I have regrets before in trading because I am not fully trust the BTC market but not now, As I can see that trading in Bitcoin can change your life. So try to invest now than in a bank that has  small interest.

i voted for "Keep holding" because there was no forth option. but in fact i would have voted for "All of the Above" or something like "Continue as before" because that is what i will really be doing.

what i have always been doing is to accumulate more and more bitcoin with different methods including buying and trading. and i will continue doing that no matter what the price is. i am in it for the long haul.

i have dedicated some amount of bitcoin to trading, an amount small enough that if the exchange that i am using scammed me like bittrex did recently, i don't miss it. but big enough that gives me a decent profit. i will continue to keep this amount for trading and transfer the profit out. bitcoin being $1 or $100,000 doesn't make a difference for that.

And for people who has earlier in the markets ; I think that they should pay attention to the altcoins
And specifically about 50 coins and assets from the first page of coinmarketcap
to have two subjects :
firstly : have a good result from day trading (speculation)

Ill will keep my bitcoins until the crypto exchange BAN in CHINA is lifted. This is because the supply will increase in the market. We all know that if there is a lot of supply the bitcoin price goes down. (law of supply and demand)

I'd rather stick with bitcoin and if I have a balance I'll use it to buy ethereum. I see the price of bitcoin is very high, chances are that the altcoin price will also adjust the bitcoin price, although the price is not too high, but I think ethereum is one of the best altcoin. I'm sure ethereum a good choice for long term...

Nah. I will just hold on it although my emotions are telling me to sell it. LOL. And now that the price is above $12K and going $13K now, it's hard to resist this price and sell and get your profit. But I think its better to hold on it because the positive vibes is still in the air, meaning investors are still bullish which left me to believe that the price could go more higher.

So I'll just stick with my bitcoin in my wallet and just watch it grow. In the meantime, I will go trade and play in the altcoins market just for fun and a little profit here and there.

the price doesn't really change much to be honest.
it is a good idea to sell some bitcoin now that it is this high if you have bought it a month ago at any price below $10,000 mark and secure some amount of profit and have some money ready in case of a correction or a bigger drop to be able to buy the dip. you don't have to go overboard with it either.

as for trading, altcoins are still getting pumped, some of them getting pumped big time still. and that is a good sign for traders. but again the price of bitcoin doesn't change that, they were being pumped before and now they are the same. if you were trading before you are still trading! and making same amount of profit.

I am doing a trade for a long ago and I will continue to trade because from a trade, I can reach the profit and I can withdraw the profit. no matter how much bitcoin price will reach, I still want to trade to increase my bitcoin. I have many trading plans and I want to buy many coins so I can have a big list of coins to wait for the increase in the price.

I voted for continue holding. But it is only for the lack of another option. My strategy right now is this: I bought some altcoins with around 1/3 of my portfolio right now. I was relying on the potential growth of KoreCoin, NEO, Ethereum Classic, and Power Ledger. But the remaining 2/3 I keep holding as Bitcoin. I think the growth of Bitcoin is not yet through. There are still some steps that Bitcoin is going to climb for the remaining days of December.

If there was a casino that accepted Decred I would gamble with it out of frustration.

I, too, for transferring some of the money to altcoins, to ensure a smooth transition. Just judging by the situation bitcoin is getting out of date and it's time to think about alternatives.

You are the not the first time to made such mistakes, just remember that. I guess you are already trapped as you have said and the only way to get out is to incurred a loss if you decided to exit. Its your decision.

I also voted to Hold. Because we all know that the price could still go up by the end of December. Bad choice to dump and shift to altcoins. All eyes on bitcoin and with the incoming CBOE bitcoin future contracts on December 10, there still a lot of room for bitcoin to get to $15,000-$20,000 which we all hope it can achieved at the end of the year.

What you do mean that bitcoin is getting out of date? Haven't you heard that financial institutions started to recognized bitcoin and hitting 5 digits is just the beginning. I understand that altcoin is also an options but with all the news and attention to bitcoin now, its really hard to switch to altcoins now. Not the perfect tim.
