Please take a look at this transaction

I am trying to send Dust payments like this individual has done for a transaction fee of less then the normal fee associated with the last bitcoin-qt client. As you can see the file size is 25kb but the fee is much less then the normal fee.

Please explain to me what people are doing to bypass these systems Thanks.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

the fee on that transaction is 120x the standard fee. I wouldn't say it was low at all.

He is getting the .00001 standard transaction fee BUT is sending dust payments
