I need an online bitcoin wallet for a business I am launching. PHP, Linux, and MySQL are available if required. It MUST run on Apache. It must support registering, logging in, and multiple users. It also must be secure. For each user, I need to check their balance every 30 minutes, and every month, calculate an average, and send 1% of that average to the business' wallet. In exchange, you will receive 10% of all profits.

Recap:

-Multi-user
-Must use apache
-PHP, MySQL, and Linux available
-Secure
-Calculate average every 30 minutes, bill based on 1% of 1-month average
-Allow users to register and log in
-0.5BTC or 10% of all profits in exchange

Sorry but there already exists a very well functioning secure online wallet blockchain.info. And they don't charge fees.
