Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

You'll likely be spending 100% or more than the $2 (0.0003497BTC) on fees - not really much of a point doing that small of a transaction. Just my two cents.

I'd either save more bitcoin up and then cash out, or offer up more bitcoin for an equally greater amount of PayPal to avoid paying such a high percentage on fees.
