I think the reason for the decline of TKY today is:
- Listing in coinrail exchange
- Release of locked tranches token (the last one)
- Drop of neo( I think it's related to China's cryptographic currency policy) and TKY's volume is too small to save its price in a down trend market.

First, we don’t necessarily agree with the theory of token velocity problem. And on the other hand, TKY can request Validators to hold minimum amount of TKY (for example, at least 20millions TKY) to become eligible as Validator in THEKEY Ecosystem. This will reduce velocity. We reiterated that TKY as utility token will be used in THEKEY ecosystem by participants to obtain the IDV service. There is a supply and demand economy for this kind of token.
