Honestly, if bitcoin goes that big that quickly (yes, that quickly) no one will want to touch it. not really fond of this insane rally we have been experiencing this past year, this is not sustainable and I can only hope that we would check this growth by this point. despite how ridiculous a value increase this is (this is extremely improbable, but I would have said the same about the price a few years ago), the main thing is that folks just wont let that much profit go untaken. say I purchased coins at 1000. There is no way in hell I am still on this train at 100K. I probably liquidated at 10K-20k 


do you understand how much innovation would have to happen in the next few years to even remotely justify this price prediction and we cant even not fork

For example overnight BTC prices can up / down to 9 jt / more .. With the up and down period can last long.

Op it is highly unlikely for Bitcoin market value to reach  $100,000 by 2020. Although everybody is entitled to his or her opinion, but I see it as just mere speculation that the probability is very close to zero. And if it eventually happen  by 2020 it then means that 1 shatoshi will be almost equivalent to  $1, if Bitcoin market value Will reach  $100,000.

The world economy in 2014 was estimated to be 107 trillion in purchasing power, so that would equal roughly 1.89% of the world-economy - not taking into account the growth rate of the world economy. Unfortunately, we are not able to predict Bitcoin price. We even don't know what will happen after upcoming SegWit2x hard fork. I would be satisfied if Bitcoin was worth $10k by the end of the year and it is possible. $100k is indeed possible but 2020 isn't too soon? We have to have some time to buy more BTC. I doubt that many people will be able to buy 1 Bitcoin in the next year.

Well, no body can tell what exactly will happen to bitcoin in 2020. This because the market value of bitcoin might go lower from what it is currently or go higher above the current value but not to the turn of your $100,000 in just less than four years to come.

It's simple. Price can't rise on this rate for so much time...it's simply too much. I will be surprised if it will hit 20k.

Well, no body can tell what exactly will happen to bitcoin in 2020. This because the market value of bitcoin might go lower from what it is currently or go higher above the current value but not to the turn of your $100,000 in just less than four years to come.

It's over ambitiousness to think bitcoin can reach that far within the next 3 years. Even if we get to 10k$ i don't think it will easily grow past it that much within 3 years span if the whole world were to adopt and invest in bitcoin.

Anything can happen nothing can be told about Bitcoin the way it is moving no one can tell when it will start to correction or how much up it will go. I dont hold much as i am earning bitcoin freely i just keep some part and balance i just convert them to fiat currency and use it.

Having a market value of 100000$ is quite impossible especially with that short period of time. But I am not saying that it won't happen. But to think that its current value is still on 7400$ and the goal this year is 10000$, so it would be hard. Indeed the market value is continuously rising but still, it seem to be not possible for its price to jump that high, within just 2 years.

I think that this price is too much. Yes, we've seen how fast Bitcoin grow. Within just a year it made its price more than 7x. If Bitcoin will continue to increase this way then we might get too 100k, however, this is a large amount and it is possible that Bitcoin will create resistance every step in the way. So reaching 100k in year 2020 is just too much. It is too fast for Bitcoin.

I think that this price is too much. Yes, we've seen how fast Bitcoin grow. Within just a year it made its price more than 7x. If Bitcoin will continue to increase this way then we might get too 100k, however, this is a large amount and it is possible that Bitcoin will create resistance every step in the way. So reaching 100k in year 2020 is just too much. It is too fast for Bitcoin.

It is unrealistic within the given time frame and i think in as much as we akll want the best for bitcoin and for ourselves we need to be realistic with ourselves and others  so that we don't end up disappointed if things don't go the way we want in the future. 100K$ is too huge a price to be realized in 3 years and so lets be patient and work hard for the appropriate time.

Historical analysis has shown the max price to be around $15000. I believe if it rises above $15K for an extended period, we will see $20K MAX but no higher. At that point, lots of sell orders will start the mother of all crashes.
