Patriot Mall Introduction
Patriot Mall represent real construction project with physical address. This project follows two main goals, first to show perspective of ICO and blockchain technologies within real offline projects. And to collect funds for project realization on attractive conditions for both sides, participants and project’s founder.
Project already under construction process and required specific amount of money to put Mall into operation. Founder already has been invested around $5,000,000 into it, what as we think, make project more attractive and trustable. The Mall team developed kind interesting scheme of ROI, that meets interest of both sides and more important looks very realistic.

Return of investment includs two stages. Stage one is going to share net operation profit from rental income and promotions among token holders.

The above picture show flow of the PPT and its future profit for owners. Its open and very easy ROI model, that promise to investors get their profit and later sell tokens on the market.Why somebody will buy this tokens on exchange market?
The Mall team develop special program for future tenants. This promotion program, will give to tenant specific discount for rent payment, if they have specific number of tokens on hand. We are really appreciate for your feedback. That feedback help us to figure out some silly mistakes and fix it. Our team finally done with all preparation stages and now we are going to make normal announce in this friday 10 of november. We also change token name on PPMT - Patriot Project Mall Token.

Hello. Yes, to create a value for the token we did it. However, token does not give to a holder rights for the land, so it means, that price of square meter ≠ price of the token. Thanks for your question. |

Hello. Thank for asking. In case if softcap won't be achived, project will be continue anyway. This project is already in progress and its reached the stage when its requried additional funds. Founder of the project and team saw the opportunity rather than go to the bank, and decided to try it. In case if ICO will face failure, project will contiune! |

Hello guys! Pre-sale now is over. Unfortunatly we are human and we also make a mistakes.
Due to some external and internal factors, that we didn't expect to face, PATRIOT team decided to freeze start of ICO stage till first of January, 2018!
During the PRE-Sale stage, we finally have found compromise about conditions with promotion agencies.
Because of extremely high increase in price of ETH we decided to recalculate necessary funds for project realization.
