Looking for someone to configure/optimize my rig

I have configured a rig with 5x Radeon Rx580 Pulse 4GB from Sapphire, and Windows 10.

I currently mine using Nanopool.

I'm using Claymore miner. I have been seeing my MH/s dropping week by week. I'm having an average of 25Mh/s on each video card.

I need someone to optimize my software/configuration/drivers in this rig. Of course I'm willing to pay for that.

My claymore somewhy doesn't control my fans, so I have to open Sapphire Trixx in the background. Every 3-4 days Claymore stops mining out of the blue.

I'd like someone to update my radeon drivers (to have the DAG file size optimized), I need to configure a new claymore with fan controls working (somewhy I couldn't get these working with mine).

I have another rig with Geforce 1080 mining Zcash, that never gives me trouble. Works smoothly , zero maintenance. I need this with my Eth rig.
