We shall see. At how BTC is now, people with over 1,000 posts would obtain the same amount of BTC as people with 100 posts did before...

The signature campaign posters adding useless redundant fluff to their posts to reach their minimum word count are lowering my IQ.

I won't blame him if he cuts the pay; keep in mind that this IS money for nothing!

if it were me:
Hero Member & 1500+ posts - .05 .03 require 50 posts per week. Senior Member & 1500+ posts - .04 .02 require 50 posts per week. Full member - .015 .01 require 20 posts per week. Jr member - .0075 .005 require 14 posts per week.
Weekly bonus: .05 btc to the weeks best poster. determined by post content.
this way Hero Members and Senior members get rewarded for time spent on the board, but must uphold a posting requirement in order to get paid. no easy ride for payment. full members get less money, but require less posts. prevents new accounts from signing up and making big bucks with sockpuppets. jr members- get the smallest payout, with the smallest posting requirement. Weekly bonus entices newbie members to make better, thoughtful/helpful posts.
as a result of competitiveness for weekly bonus, posters have better content in their posts and thus the signature campaign has increased chance of attracting new customers to BTC.SX

$25 for 50 posts? That's $0.50 for a post, which takes no effort whatsoever. Seal is generous for even giving us this much, tbh.

I don't think he's going to want to go through all the posts looking at the quality. 50 posts takes maybe an hour, tbh... $25 for an hour of work isn't too bad. (this post took me ~10 seconds)

Honestly I don't believe that the main target for his advertising is Bitcoin Talk users, yes he may get some new users from here. To me it seems more of an effort to advertise and move the page rank up in Google and Bing. The amount of backlinks on other sites helps to raise your page rank. Advertising this way, helps keep cost down if you were to use Google Ads or something similar.
Im happy with Seal's service. He is always on point and doesn't change what he expects from us.

Morning all, I'm currently in Singapore for our startup's seed funding round. I spoke at the Bitcoin Singapore Conference which saw a huge amount of interest from individuals, investors and press alike. Payouts will come later today, the price increases are just crazy lately which is great for those who hopped on board early as long as you haven't sold out yet . In terms of readjusting payouts, no matter what happens to the price (whether it jumps to $1000 tomorrow or down to $100 next week) I always intend to pay out the top tier around ~$5 usd per week for their signatures. I hope this clarifies the second guessing as I mentioned it before and want to remain as transparent about it as possible!
