Got to search at youtube and its just explaining the process of typing the the add customs button.
There is no convert. You need to sell them.
Once established they should be listed on some exchanges ( this means you need to transfer them to exchange)
Or you can find some person who will buy them from you directly ... in which case you just sent them to him (in exchange for his BTC transaction).
