Problem with Bitpay Debit Card - Offering Reward for help!

I use a Bitpay Debit and load funds via bitcoin on the bitpay mobile app. This process works for me about 95 percent of the time.

I currently have two large amounts of money pending confirms on the app and not loaded to my balance yet. It has been days and the blockchain shows multiple confirms. I have reached out to support and got no response. Has this happen to anyone else and how did you resolve the issue? Does Bitpay have a presence on BTCTalk?

I will consider a tip for answers that help me resolve the issue.

Bitpay is the largest part of crypto ecosystem and they never cheat with their clients but their may be delay to show your payment in wallet.
Currently bitpay isn't on this forum, it would be more easy to get your issue resolved if you try contacting them on social media.

I have tried to reach out via twitter. I have called the number on the card itself and they supposedly emailed bitpay... Their support is a joke!!!!
