So there are some major issues with your coin.

difficulty is low when coins are launched.

once difficulty adjusts every 2016 blocks, it will reach 10 minute blocks.  but not right now, there has to be time for difficulty to adjust, and miners are mining low difficulty.  Hence the fast blocks.

I can't figure out if he's just bored or a scammer, so I have no evidence to accuse him of actually doing anything wrong.  But that being said, I have seen nothing to believe that he's serious about these projects.

paying in fiat for every "like" simply not feasible, with all the fees, etc.

Can you let us know why someone should adopt this coin? What are its unique selling points in comparison to already existing similar coins. Also, since it is POW coin very soon it would taken over by the might of elite miners (ASIC Miners). Why not consider a hybrid POW/POS model for this coin to give equitable advantage to both: hoarders and miners.

Would need a discreet and well planned execution plan before I guess this coin would ever be ready for adoption at mass level. At this stage it is just too naive.
