Let me get the base understanding of the methods that this coin can provide. Basically, those with the capital to buy the coins, or the mining power to mine them, can then use those to pay people to provide false(well incentives) likes for whatever site or service they are pushing.

This pretty much violates the terms of most sites and at the same time ruins the idea of social promotion. It would no longer be important what people actually found interesting, just what the site owners paid to put out there.
