New massive ICO - looking for the best candidates for our team

We are group of people who are willing to start new ICO which will hit USD 250 000 000 value in crypto-currency (This is what we are expecting and working for).
Due to the confidentiality reasons at the moment I can't say much about the project its name and implementation. But soon, when we finish the initial phase we will disclose more information publicly; we will have dedicated web page, whitepaper, project descriptions, team, etc.
The project has huge support from Government of the country (we will disclose it as well on a later stage) Government also delivers the land and related infrastructure into property for just 1 USD ( we will be also exempted from CIT for 5 years)
The main area will be Research & Development in technologies. And eventually we will build a Mega-Factory that will produce hightec products and sell throughout the world.


Right now we are finalizing the formation of a global team! and we are looking for:

People who will work on smart contracts,
Developers / Web Developers
Project execution team members,
people who will advertise the project, ICO, products, etc. <<< Marketing team
Innovators and physicians, everyone who is willing to make or be part of the team who invents something new in the sphere of hightec.

But in private I can disclose all the information.
And physicians, engineers and programming stuff are  always welcome, our ICO is about Mass production and at the same time research and development and  the company value will also be based on Patents of new technologies.
