i think there is something with quantum computers which is not fit for mining. If quantum computers can do much with mining then there should be companies already those who can afford utilizing this computers, Companies who can afford will surely take the risk if the returns are good, however they have already might have checked on this and found out that it is not worth it.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Luckily Quantum resistant ledger has a solution for quantum computational attacks.
I'm not sure if it's proven to be working but it is theoretically possible.
When these computers are able to be programmed, I hope Bitcoin and other will implement the hash based one-time signatures too.

Quantum computers will change the cryptocurrency world when they will be accessible to ordinary people.
But for now, they just make calculations and decryption for government and companies.
