Did they force you to buy the unit at that price? If you had an item to sell would you sell it for less then what people are willing to pay? If you invested in the stock market and your stock tanked would you request a refund? I understand that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired but I fail to see how the price you or anyone else paid for a device is their fault.

purchase of an ASIC hardware is an investment, and of course there is risk for every investment...

Bittawm is a reseller, your not buying from Baikal if you buy units from him that is why the very large price markup.  It is an indirect pass through purchase if you use him to buy miners.

Is it available already? I have read somewhere the price for it is close to $1200. Is this information correct? BAIKAL seems a unique stuff for mining. As I understand, it will not "eat" much electricity, although it is powerful
