I've got 4 shares on machine 4 and just checked in on this shitshow after being away for a month.  I don't see how we are expected to get refunds, but please put me down for my shares if there is some way to get our money back.  Seems like we really are going to be in a situation where somehow we have to take delivery of the ordered machines and either sell those machines or run them as originally planned.  Anyhow prodigits, whatever you can resolve is greatly appreciated and of course I will gladly pay you 10% of whatever funds we can recoup if indeed there is a refund.

This sounds like a joke or a stall attempt. Let's get the facts clear:

- when were the orders paid?
- did the OP sold the coins on August, 20th and cashed in a 20% profit?

I think that's pretty easy to answer. OP didn't "sell" the coins.
The coins were moved on August 20th, and you can see on the KnC Screenshot that JohnK provided that the miners were payed via Bitpay.
That probably means OP payed on August 20th and they were converted at that time via Bitpay.

Now to reverse that and give us a refund, OP has to get the money from KnC back and buy new bitcoins.
Since the price has fallen again, we should be able to get close to the full amount back, but I'm sure there is no way that we'll get the full amount.
Better prepare for that already: Nobody who paid in btc will be able to get a full refund. But should be close.
