"Tom's Tech Tips" confirming his name is indeed Tom, just incase anyone had any doubts about that too.

Tom is his Americanized first name.

He was not born in the U.S.

Thanks for infos, guys!

Lessons learned: Google before investing! And never give money to a loony who makes absolut shitty hardware review videos with his roommate's snoring as background noise.

I feel so stupid now. Ripped off by an idiot.

Let me ask some questions before I throw this guy under the bus.

I don't have time to read this entire thread.

What happened here?

Do we know if the hardware was bought and paid for by Tom?
If so what makes everyone want a refund?
What makes you think he will not follow through?

What happened here?

OP is not responding. Claims to have mental issues. Participants decided to cancel this GB and get refunds.
OP is okay with it.

Do we know if the hardware was bought and paid for by Tom?

Yes. JohnK logged in his account and took a screenshot.

If so what makes everyone want a refund?

Nobody thinks he will pay out dividends in a proper manner.

What makes you think he will not follow through?

prodigits7 claims to have met OP and that he will take care of the refund process now.
But actually only one participant has been refunded with 0.55 BTC. The other refunds have been Paypal chargebacks.

This whole mess with this delay tactics is going on for nearly two months now.

Many believe prodigits7 is ragingazn628 or at least his sock puppet.

There is much more. Just read the last posts of ragingazn628 and prodigits7.

Is there any interest in a mediator?

After having a conversation with the roommate, it does not seem like anything Tom has said has been bullshit.

Any interest in someone else hosting the devices instead of a refund? Seems like there is very little time left before they are delivered.

Where is Prodigits?

No! I want to get out of this mess as soon as possible.

And prodigits7 said the refund is already issued on KNC's side. But the wire transfer is taking longer..

Yes refund was already initiated last week daniel. The process is taking time since KnC said the refund to an international bank could take a week or more. We started the process last week with Carl, then on Thursday he came back and asked us for more bank info (ie. routing number, etc.) to make sure the funds get routed properly and it doesn't bounce back.

No Jupiter Gb #2 refund = Scam. The order for this GB was never placed.

There are two possibale reasons why he refuses to send the refunds.

1) it's a scam.
2) he bought anti depressants  of silkroad with our BTC

Would you, kindly give me my BTC3.6 refund from failed Jupiter 2 order, these were supposedly the priority refunds due to not being fully funded.

Return address is as per sender: 12pKn7W3nyUKW8LQSRGR8YR9bhZAzbrYrj

That is all, thank you for reading.

I never thought of that... I was part of the Jupiter Gb #2.

It never completed so returning the funds should be a snap....

I'm surprised this hasn't be tagged as scam yet.

Just the whole lack of communication is what ticks me off more than anything.

Regardless of personal situations, that shouldn't conflict with business; period.

As you can see from the previous posts, people is paying "ransom money" to OP's room mate in order to get their refunds.

Pathetic...

Is there anyway I could get my BTC refund before the end of today?

I really can't have money tied up in this venture anymore, ragin or prodigits can you please refund me today. You have all my details.

If only huh.

Raging/prodigits: What's the status of the refund with KNC?
Was a refund actually requested yet?  Also, when are they scheduled to ship?

Yes refund was already initiated last week daniel. The process is taking time since KnC said the refund to an international bank could take a week or more. We started the process last week with Carl, then on Thursday he came back and asked us for more bank info (ie. routing number, etc.) to make sure the funds get routed properly and it doesn't bounce back.

I completely understand the group's frustration and it's truly the worst when you have funds tied up, especially BTCs. I personally had to deal with the whole TradeHill debacle a few years ago so I know well. So that's why right now, I'm trying to refund people back in full from my own BTCs and out of my own shares just to not further delay this process any longer.

I've personally already refunded Daniel in FULL, txid: dada844469e8fb3ebdffc249292bf67b93db422025d047b0b6862df5e023efc7

I've also partially refunded piecinitup. They can both confirm this to the group.

Please PM me if thats something you guys are interested in.

I think a screenshot from KNC that the refund is in process will calm people down.
