I think you have a really good idea here that people will want to use.  I believe your idea of not doing a centralized market is a smart approach - if you can get on quora and statckoverflow and others.  I think having your own token will turn some people off; it would be easier to just do everything in Ether; you will sell the people on the idea of why your token is value added.   Good luck with the project.

Why is the Experty (EXY) token necessary?

1) FLEXIBILITY: If the Experty application reaches mass adoption it is possible that the Ethereum network will not scale quickly enough to handle all of our transactions. Having our own token (EXY) will allow us the flexibility to migrate to whichever platform is most suitable for our needs.

2) INCENTIVE:  We have tokens set aside for the purpose of incentivizing early adopters and influencers to use the Experty application. Our go-to-market strategy is to work closely with crypto influencers in the first year in order to optimize the user experience and interface. Once the Experty application is ready for mass market we will target mass market influencers/celebrities such as Christiano Ronaldo, Madonna, and Justin Bieber to help bring Experty into the mainstream.

Interesting Idea but I really don't understand how you will be able to recruit ppl for that task? I mean there are many questions also about the legality of for example an advice from a doctor and so on.

I was thrilled when I listened to Omar on youtube video interview. One thing I love so much is that experty is creating an environment where one will be able to package and manage his information through calls, post and generate instant revenue. This is highly innovative as it is bringing relief into wages. The freedom and time it offer will make it highly competitive. No doubt this will be a huge project.

I am only constrain that it is limited to ethereum platform only. Would it extend to other platforms as it develop further?

In order to make the project look more legit, you should add linkedin profiles in the ANN OP for every team member, I see on the website you have for a few but nothing for the actual coders, let people see the team's history easily, don't hide it.

We often need some guidance in our daily activity such as paying some fee for an expert advice. The team looks good, the project seems well planned and I see potential. And that is worth it. I think it is nice to offer incentives and reward those involved in the project.

I like the project in general. I think you will need a lot of disclaimers to avoid legal issues. I would hope at some point you will be able to offer professional as well as technical experts on almost every need from a legal matter to fixing your car. I know there are other services out there but running it through the blockchain opens a world of possibilities

How will counseling be carried out if the law in each country is different? I do not understand this. The law on the crypto currency in most countries will have many amendments. It is very difficult to open such a communication line.
