Interesting project.  There are a few points which come to mind.  Seen this type of business on the web & think that there is one major point in that the 'expert' appointed must be a true 'expert' in the field .  For example, a Lawyer asked a technical issue of law in the Country you reside in must be able to fully understand your question & the 'background ' of the question.   It is very difficult to satisfy someone via a short 'conversation' or text if the subset of the question is not in the area of expertize.

A second point is how can you be satisfied with your 'experts' unless there is a considerable amount of vetting & monitoring.  All this takes time & who pays for that time.  A busy 'expert' in their own profession would not be interested, yet the is the type of person you want.  Someone with time on their hands may not be a worthwhile expert.

This is the reason we're not building marketplace but want to integrate with other marketplaces. We believe one team cannot focus on evaluating every business out there and create good software the same time. Some company will have 'doctors' other will have lawyers etc.

Ofc there's also an option to use without any marketplace - just share your profile on your blog/website etc.

Regarding second point - there're 2 answers:
1. Simply busy expert can charge more :-) There's a saying that everyone has his price - $1000 / minute and you have incentive (ofc I don't think many people will charge this much - but we left the space open as well for celebrities - not only consultations)

2. Busy people often need to filter out their clients and this is perfect tool to do so. We've already made few partnerships and this is especially the case where companies see the potential (MME and BitcoinSuisse)

your project look like a amazing stuff but there is a lot of ERC 20 token at the moment.
how can you make the difference and became better than the other? yourexclusive airdrop was a great idea and your team look serious is a good point.

Thats true that there're plenty of tokens, however there're plenty of scam projects as well. Many are just a clones of popular coins not really bringing anything new.

We're going to build a real company with real product and differ that way.

What do you mean for partners tokens?

These are tokens planned for establishing partnerships with marketplaces and influencers to popularize the product.
These are locked for 18months so they cannot dump the price, and we believe that after that period the app will have enough premium features incentives so it's more worth holding than selling

Well this is a good project and will be accepted guickly  but looking at your demonstration video and reading some of your write ups got me thinking, what are your  plans to bring this project in countries in Africa since we are not that advanced in terms of technology yet? Were we put into consideration or your targets were the already developed countries. If indeed you want to make it a globally accepted innovation then u need to add us to your plans because we are part of the globe too. I really would love to know your plans.. About Africa as a continent.

All you need to use our app and monetize your knowledge is to have a smartphone connected to internet, and most of people even in Africa already have one.

Doing project on cryptocurrencies is avoiding banking and there're problems with it in some countries.

Since the application is global everyone can use it and people from Africa usually will be more competitive when it comes to prices comparing to US or EU professionals.

there'll be reputation system built in. Experts usually don't like using their time and reputation on lingering and prefer to focus on something more productive.

it's a great app, but i have a question , why should i pay for calls while there are a lot of programs i can use for free ? what is you edge here ?

well, just try to call someone really popular over the Skype and you'll see where's the edge we're touching :-)

We're simply making an incentive for answering these calls by experts and to publish their direct call links.

I have a couple of question for the team. First of all, Experty.io (the name itself says it already) is there for people in need of experts and experts that are willing to help people by phone with their expertise. When is someone an expert? Has the team some sort of criteria list for the experts to apply and the become an expert. Further than that, how will these experts guarantee the customers to provide qualitative help? For example, I ask a lawyer for some legal advice. Eventually I implement that advice but the outcome is not in my favor. Will the customer get a refund? Will the team examine the given advice theirselves? And what about the liability.

Finally my last question; Is it also possible to make a 'upcoming expert' category to give students also a chance and involve them? There are lots of students that are not an expert yet, but they are capable enough to provide decent advice according to their knowledge about the specific thing they're studying. If the team is open to this idea, send me a personal message. I know some very interested parties to reach out to.

1. We're not creating a marketplace so we're not validating if someone is an expert or he's not. You'll be able to can go to one's website and find a link for calling him via experty there. Or you can visit youtuber's profile and you'll be able to simply call him directly.

2. We're considering refunds. Current idea is to make able to refund for example during some initial time of the call. Most likely we'll leave this up to users and 3rd party marketplaces - so they'll be able to enable that feature to improve their credibility, while some famous people will be able not to use it.

3. this is related to first question - it's a marketplace problem not the platform itself - we're not deciding if you're an expert or not. If you don't have a credibility you'll charge less to build it

Experty IO had a concrete objective on what they wanted to achieve. Even me a newbie here in the community make me think on investing my money because I believe on it's potential. Very well written whitepaper and supporting videos which will answer all of your questions and A LOT of opportunities for young experts to earn and have a good business through this without having to invest much money. This is the MAIN reason of cryptocurrency and this so far is my best bet.

1st year will be crypto only. This will give us some time for polishing the app and making it straightforward to use by people not familiar with that. (transaction fees, gas prices etc.)

After one year we're planning to integrate FIAT gateway into the app and allow for seamless conversion from FIAT to our token
