There was an application I remember, not sure if it still exists, called Aardvark for people to get answers to questions online from experts. This seems like a similar approach except paid. I see it's entirely geared toward blockchain though. Would be interesting if you could open up another segment for other types of professional consultations, i.e. Medical, legal, real estate.

Edit: I guess it is for everything upon further inspection. this makes it much more appealing across industries.

I'm just wondering if every topic will be included.
For example, you're lost in the middle of nowhere and wants to ask somebody, will there be anyone you can call to help you via Experty?

Will be interesting to see whether people are really willing to spend money for a lot of information. Price for information is dramatically increasing and it will continue to do so. You don't have to pay reputed youtubers for providing info because there are advertising companies doing that for you. I am sure there is a market for your concept. It's just difficult to assess how big that market might be.

LOL I made a massive typo. I wanted to say that the price for information is decreasing and not increasing... But I accept your position of course. Let me please ask why you think that info becomes more expensive? At least the information that will turn into common public knowledge very quickly.
