No they don't have, you can message to btcltcdigger about it! I guess they are pretty much busy checking up on things before they begin distributing tokens, so either you can wait for the bounties to arrive or message him!

The product is still in heavy development and will take some time for a public release. The mainnet is one of the requirements for the product to work however. Its all built up step by step

This is the case for everyone. From experience of community members, this wont change even after the tokens are distributed. So no need to worry
