I don't run PPC campaigns, I have done some advertising in the past (normal banner advertisements). Most of it is organic. |

So you do 250 USD/month and would sell it for 30* 20(600)USD up front?
Do we also have to pay for the hosting, design anything? Are there any legal aspect you aren't telling us?(Sorry, I got my tinfoil hat on xD)

I will provide a year hosting free of charge on my ser server. No legal things to worry about. I just need a large sum of cash for a new project I'm working on. |

Can you provide long-term viewer statistics and earnings history? It's hard to go off a single day's predicted earnings and one set of viewing stats that could have been bought traffic, no offense.
I'm just trying to work out why you're selling a $250/mo website for $500 when you could easily borrow $500 on a credit card, pay it off in 2 months and still have the site.

Im not 18 yet. I posted the current images since those are really all that I've gotten. It wasn't a big hit when it first started. So long term stats are useless. |

You should know better mate. Provide us some stats for breakdown of source traffic, some charts for uniques over the last few months. Ideally you should give us screenshots or, even better, guess access to Google Analytics or Statcounter projects. Even if you don't use either, you can show us AWStats or something similar from your server. You need to reveal more because right now you could be hiding something. And, as someone else mentioned, why such a low multiple? Yes, it's black hat/illegal - is that why? Why aren't you asking for 10x or 12x monthly income? |
