Up for auction are 33 direct (not passthrough) ASICMINER shares.

I own quite a few more and am pretty bullish about ASICMINER but I need some funds (founding a company atm and the GF is damn expensive).

This week's dividend was 0.03628311 BTC per share!

Starting price: 2.7 BTC
Minimum bid increment per share: 0.01 BTC
No minimum bid quantity.

Please post your bids in the format e.g. 2 @ 2.9.

Another bid by the same bidder will replace his previous bid unless stated otherwise.

I will accept escrow with a reputable forum regular if arranged and paid for by the buyer. But I believe I have already proven to be trustworthy. Nevertheless I am asking friedcat to confirm that I own sufficient shares. I hope he finds the time to confirm.

You can find my last auctions here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=220493.0 and here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=226214.0

Payment is required within 24 hours from end of auction and provision of payment address.

After receipt of payment and winner's BTC address for dividends I will inform the same to friedcat with the request to transfer the shares.

This auction will end earliest on 15/06/2013 at 20:00 h UTC.

Every valid bid placed during the last 5 minutes extends the auction for another 5 minutes (counted from the timestamp of that respective bid).

Forum timestamp applies.

If something goes wrong with the transfer (which I doubt but you never know...) I will forward any received dividends to the rightful owner.

In case I missed any info or something is unclear, please feel free to ask.

Happy bidding! Smiley

Timer removed. End time: 2013-06-15+20:01:10UTC

Vortex you crazy day-trading bastard.  You need a better story as to why you're selling if you're buying in all the other auctions!

Grin My "story" is the truth. (No I will not bore you with the details...)

I bought only once after my last 2 auctions as I could just smell the price rise... Smiley

@vortex : does it make sense to have some auctions that exclude members who run investments and trading exchanges like TAT and burnside.? (nothing against those guys).

They have a vested interest in buying them at a very high price as they inturn run the market and the share they buy are resolt in their exchanges. I agree that a seller is more concerned about getting the highest bid. But with these kinds of auctions, the stake of only a few individuals will increase in ASICMINER.

But by doing so, atleast the others in the community get a fair chance to own some DIRECT shares of AM.

Just my 2 cents.!
