BTC withdrawal pending since 2017-11-18 21:29:09. Can't buy coins because: - Can't login, incorrect password all of a sudden - After a few tries, was able to login but message is displayed: 0 coins available for purchase - After a few more tries: Service is unavailable - After more and more tries: Server is down / timeout Can't buy coins. Can't take out money. Only thing to do in this ICO is be frustrated  . LOL |

Same here. Had BTC withdrawal pending for 2+ days now.
Sent email to support, nothing.
Created ticket, nothing.
Smelling like Scam to me.

as an application support, i know that the dev is not serious about this project.
the thing is, they've to stresstest their server before they launch the ICO, BUT THEY DIDN'T
that's why the server is damn so slow when many traffic hitting.
same as eth connect, another sh*t ICO coin

A lot of people with " ...@mail.ru" e-mails cant withdrowal BTC from their accounts. We cant get withdrawal confirmation on e-mail just in time. It needs up to !!20hours!! to get withdrawal confimation code on email, while your server gives only several minutes to fill code in!!! You ignore support tickets and your e-mail support dont give any f-ng answer on it!! |

After 3 days of pending, my 0.15 BTC withdrawal has been processed a few minutes ago. Received it as well in my BTC account. Thank you ucoincash for not disappointing. Now waiting for my 2nd smaller withdrawal. Also was able to buy 50 coins last night from the ICO sale.
Improve your support and your withdrawal processing and everyone will forget about this problem about long pendings.
