I did it yesterday. At first: it takes more time during ICO day.
Then, you can monitor your transaction in Wallet -> History -> Withdrawal. Status Pending. If there is no transaction, contact Support in "Support and Ticket -> New ticket".

So, it takes about 1 day and try do not withdraw during ICO day.
