I want to ask you my friends where can i but the Amd Radeon RX 470 4 Gb.
On amazon i didn't find
Or tell me an alternative for this GPU, a cheap GPU.

RX470 has been discontinued, it could be difficult to find new one.
How about considering Rx570?

Yes. It's just renamed version. It has same GPU chips on it.
You will get about 28-30 MH/s per card on eth mining.
