Just has issues with my MSI 1070 rig. Soi I installed newest drivers (388.13/W10) But the effect was that i get 30% less speed when using NeoScrypt.

Has anyone else seen this? How do the different Nvidia drivers effect mining? is there also a golden one like for AMD?

The 385.41 drivers work the best for me on Windows 10. Newer drivers aren't as good for mining.

IME the 373.06 drivers are the most stable on a 1070 or 1080.

Widely recommended in the Folding community for that reason on anything but the 1080ti and the Titan Xp (and something newer will also be needed for the 1070ti when it starts shipping).

linux drivers work just fine

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

I'm interested in driver comparison too, but i've never seen one.
However that 30% is of the neoscrypt seems kinda strange to me.
Can you tell me what miner and version do you use? Is that with ccminer or something else?
I have a couple of 1070 rigs and some of them are with different drivers and i didnt notice any huge changes in hashrate on any algorithm.
