Great question, As seen on page 1 of the whitepaper:

The app is completely serverless and leverages the blockchain for security and data integrity.

As well as Page 4:

The TILE has the capacity to support “multisignature”
identity verification schemes with
variable security thresholds. Low security: the
presence of your registered garments. Medium
security: the presence of your gait (accelerometer)
and perhaps some measurements of your
usual environmental conditions. High security:
biometric recognition.

Hi saw your website. Even saw the team member profile looks very promising.
