So shitty...

You guys are pathetic hiding behind this whole hacker made up story. The emails were in a .txt file accessible by everyone because the team is unable to even secure this on a server. And they want you to believe they can deliver a chain and an exchange? You want them to take care of your funds, for real? This is ridiculous. People are warning others since months and now you're just a bunch of biased bagholders.

I can't wait to see you on rektpleb.

No one is more pathetic, than losers blaming everyone else but them self. Get a life and move on. And a file was not accessible by everyone, but only for those who specifically were scanning a website. Stop your lies. No one believes in them anyway.

When facebook get hacked because they had the password "123456789" for their user databases you gonna blame the hacker and wish facebook all the best?

BTW Everyone that tried to signup for the newsletter had access to this file because there was a error + link for weeks.

@Jared.Grey

We all know that Kevin and Kaan Double spent attack Crypto-bridge.com back in April.
We all know that you and Kevin are hacked already 60 Liberio users (6.000.000 XLQ for around $50k to $100k)

Your last hack was a big mistake, you hacked a liberio user while liberio wasnt online, idiots.

Here is a list of Accounts that had been used by Kevin and Jared to exchange the hacked ALQO into BTC:

11.01 - 16.02   https://bitsharescan.com/account/hh843h8456         (had same deposit address at kraken.com twice)
20.02 - 22.02   https://bitsharescan.com/account/jgn48g4975
01.03 - 04.03   https://bitsharescan.com/account/gg5447u76
04.03 - 15.03   https://bitsharescan.com/account/l9887989
19.03 - 19.03   https://bitsharescan.com/account/foobar10101
18.04 - 18.04   https://bitsharescan.com/account/micro-fish
17.04 - 20.04   https://bitsharescan.com/account/cryptominer-2018    (had deposit from dev fee back in 2018)
27.04 - 27.04   https://bitsharescan.com/account/magician245
11.05 - 11.05   https://bitsharescan.com/account/alqo-dolphin1
15.05 - 08.07   https://bitsharescan.com/account/alqo-d0lphin
11.07 - 11.07   https://bitsharescan.com/account/y67wex7uhdleq4jb
13.07 - NOW    https://bitsharescan.com/account/aayb48b2tk66lafv

And jared, please stop talk about that u are the CEO of Bitfineon GmbH, Bitfineon does not exist anymore. Your Office in Swiss is closed since 1 year.
You never had a Contract at Bitfineon you was just Administrator in the Discord and Telegram groups.

So Jared and Kevin pretended to provide a decentralized wallet for ALQO while they just created a centralized solution allowing them to enter user's account (so far nobody saw a single line of Liberio code), steal from them and dump on the market. Those guys are in troubles. Their names are publics.

This explains why they ban everyone who mentions anything about that they are being hacked! It's an exit scam and they will ban everyone 1 by 1 so there is no community left anymore. Jared don't even reply to this message and says only "Yannick is a hacker".... Probably that's why Yannick is blamed for everything and is banned because he knows too much about their scam history.

In case someone missed it.

Announcement on the Discord/Telegram channel from 11.07.2019:

Attention ALQO Community:

After some internal discussion, we have decided at this time to deprecate Liberio from use as we begin the initial steps towards launching the new chain & wallet. The new chain is fundamentally different than the existing codebase and will not make use of Liberio. Additionally, we plan to release the Liberio source code within the very near future, as promised.

To associate your balance(s) within Liberio-generated wallet addresses to your QT wallet, follow the steps below:

1) Login to your Liberio.app account.
2) In Dashboard Overview you will see your wallet addresses. [image: https://imgur.com/eF1Az8t]
3) Under "Private Key", click "Click To Unveil" [image: https://imgur.com/Pd3bpOj]
4) Copy your private key(s) [image: https://imgur.com/Pd3bpOj]
5) Open your QT wallet.
6) Go to "Tools" in your QT wallet options. [image: https://imgur.com/xJZ5BqU]
7) Paste your copied private key as follows, "importprivkey [yourkey]" [image: https://imgur.com/odh3ptm]
Cool Press Enter.
9) You're done! Your Liberio wallet balance should now show in your QT wallet.

Please post any support questions you may have in #liberio-support

Jared is going to jail.

Kaan's actions as CEO have nothing to do with me. Post the screenshots. They're not relevant to me. This has nothing to do with Liberio.

We have an ongoing investigation into the Liberio claims, and currently I cannot comment on it publicly.

Prove Liberio is decentralized or you'll fall for fraud. It's easy, release the code. As said before there are cases open about you. It will be fun.

Funding Announcement

It is our great pleasure to announce the completion of our seed round funding of 1 million EUR with our new partners, B.I.G. Fintech, LP. B.I.G. is a US-based VC fund focused on blockchain projects with high impact potential. Our successful partnership with them will provide the funds necessary to complete development of Bitfineon and bring it to a full launch before end of year 2019. We’re very excited to announce this partnership; it means several months of searching for a funding partner has ended and we can now move forward with delivering Bitfineon at the highest quality. And lastly, our partnership with B.I.G. is structured in a manner which provides for us to keep the sharepool fully intact, as promised.

Furthermore, it’s newsworthy to inform the community that we’ve reorganized and relocated our business headquarters from Switzerland to Germany, where we’ve secured offices in downtown Heidelberg! Several members recently inquired on the dissolution of the Swiss-based Bitfineon GmbH, this is the reason why the Swiss GmbH is no longer active. Being headquartered in Germany will allow us to provide full fiat and crypto trading services to the entirety of the EU, under the regulatory oversight of BaFin (the German financial regulatory body) and provides us opportunities not available while we were registered as a Swiss company.

What you can expect from the ALQO/Bitfineon team over the coming weeks:

     1)    We will begin live streams from our new offices in Heidelberg to engage with the ALQO community during our daily development workflow and to answer questions in real-time.
     2)    We will release details on partnerships we’ve secured for Bitfineon and answer relevant questions about those partnerships.
     3)    We will refresh the ALQO branding. This will include a new website, increased marketing, and the refocusing of the ecosystem’s project scope.
     4)    Bitfineon Core will launch in full. This includes full trading functionality, however several items such as Arena, Auctions, etc., which will be released at a later date.
     5)    In-depth details regarding the new ALQO codebase, codename ‘Polaris’ and the new wallet.
     6)    A full debriefing & plan-of-action regarding Liberio’s issues which affected certain users.
     7)    And much, much more is planned, and details will be forthcoming in later announcements.

In closing, we’d like to personally extend a warm “thank you!” to everyone who has supported the team over the past several months - it means a lot to have had your support through this lengthy process. A special thanks goes out to our community team members and our community managers, @dtrap & @tomwrx, for keeping the community together as Kevin and I focused on securing funding. We hope everyone is as excited as we are to see ALQO and Bitfineon shine and hope you’ll join us as the journey continues onwards and upwards!

Mandatory Wallet Update, Liberio & Developer Reward Payout Announcement

We have completed the chain patch and the chain is now fully functional. A mandatory wallet upgrade is needed and the latest version (v5.0) can be downloaded from the https://alqo.org website or the official GitHub (link: https://github.com/ALQOCRYPTO/ALQO/releases/tag/v5.0). Those of you running masternodes will need to be restarted. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask in #general-support and someone will assist you asap.

*If for some reason you are unable to reconnect to the network, please add this to your ALQO.conf file in your blockchain folder: addnode=89.47.166.229

In addition to the chain patch, we have some information to share with the community. The first point is we are retiring Liberio.app from service on Dec 1st. Please withdraw any funds you may have off the platform, after Dec 1st the webapp portal will no longer be available and any funds remaining on the Liberio platform will no longer be accessible. Secondly, we will release 2 technical articles in the coming days, one of which will address the unauthorized Liberio transactions and another which will give a technical overview of Liberio’s design architecture. Thirdly, we will release the Liberio source code at the same time. Additionally, we will institute a Liberio compensation fund and affected users will be able to submit their claim for review for the return of their lost funds. Lastly, we have decided to remove the developer fee, since the reward scheme of the new chain does not support a traditional dev reward structure, and we have decided on a one-time fee payout to support the adoption, growth, development and marketing of the new chain.

Please review the outline below for full details of each bullet point listed above:

1.   Liberio will be retired on Dec 1st at 12:00 am UTC. Withdrawal your funds asap!
      a.   Users with funds on Liberio will have until Dec 1st 12:00am UTC to withdraw their funds before the webapp/webwallet is deprecated completely and no longer accessible – funds will no longer be inaccessible after this withdrawal period ends. Withdrawal your funds ASAP!

2.   We will release a technical summary about unauthorized Liberio wallet transactions on Nov 1st.
      a.   The ALQO development team will release an in-depth technical article providing a review of what we believe occurred and how we will mitigate risk associated with future ALQO product releases. This article will be published on the ALQO Medium account (https://medium.com/@alqo) on November 1st.

3.   Detailed technical article explaining the Liberio framework and its architecture.
      a.   The release of Liberio’s source code will accompany the article.

4.   Remove developer fee block reward and replace with one-time payout.
      a.   After internal discussions on how to proceed with incentivizing 3rd party development and adoption of the new ALQO chain, we have decided to substitute the current developer block reward with a one-time payout reward to the developer fund of 10m XLQ. This will allow us to properly reward participants who take an active role in the adoption and development of the new ALQO chain upon its release in the coming weeks. An additional 5m XLQ was allocated for a Liberio compensation fund. More details below:

10m dev fee will be used to reward new developers which build products utilizing the new ALQO blockchain, codenamed ‘Polaris’.

1.   Bug Bounties.
      a.   Bounties rewarded in XLQ for developers who identify and propose fixes for software bugs.

2.   dApp development
      a.   Incentivize developers to take advantage of the new ALQO blockchain tech and develop their products utilizing its tech.

3.   Proposed and executed use-case(s).
      a.   Anyone who proposes a unique use-case which is adopted as part of ALQO core.

4.   Rewards for critical code contributions and protocol improvement proposals which are merged to core.
      a.   Rewards for individuals and developers who proposed and/or develop protocol improvements on the new ALQO codebase.

5.   Liquidity provision for Bitfineon.
      a.   Market Making

5m XLQ dedicated to Liberio compensation fund.

1.   Affected users will have a period of 4 weeks to file a claim.

2.   Once a claim is filed, it will be reviewed for legitimacy.

3.   Valid claims will be filed, and funds allocated to the victim at a future date.

4.   A thorough investigation has revealed what we believe to be losses not to exceed 5m XLQ. Any funds remaining in the Liberio compensation fund which are not used once the claim process is complete will be burned and removed from circulation. However, if total valid claims exceed the 5m compensation fund cap, a weighted average will be applied to all claims. For example, if the total fund value was 1m and claimant A. had 800k and claimant B. had 400k XLQ for a total of 1.2m XLQ, then claimant A would receive 666,400 XLQ‬ and claimant B. would receive 333,600 XLQ.

5.   Claim Timeline
      a.   User files claim (webform link will be provided) - (4 weeks)
      b.   Claim is verified (all claims will follow an internal review to reduce any fraudulent claims) - (1 week)
      c.   Claimant will be required to KYC (a valid email address will be required) - (1 week)
      d.   Funds are disbursed to claimant (user will provide new ALQO wallet address for funds transfer) - (1 week)

Let me preface this announcement by stating, ALQO and Bitfineon are 100% intact and moving forward. I know many community members have questioned the recent silence from ALQO management in the Discord. Still, I want to assure everyone the project is rock-solid and continuing with its planned roadmap. Now, it’s time to address the elephant in the room, which is the current state of Kevin’s involvement with ALQO and Bitfineon.

Last week, the general partners of BIG Fintech and I officially requested Kevin to step-down from his role of CTO with Bitfineon GmbH and of core-developer for ALQO. To accompany his departure, Kevin has provided a written statement to the Bitfineon board that he will return the outstanding sum of 2.86m XLQ to the development team, which were part of the recent 10m XLQ developer reward, once the legal procedures regarding his departure are complete. Many reasons went into the decision for Kevin’s departure, but suffice it to say; we believe this to be the best way forward for the project and all parties concerned.
Current legal engagements prohibit us from expounding on further details concerning this decision. Still, the decision is final, and it was approved by all members of the Bitfineon board, via a majority shareholder per our corporate articles and bylaws.

What this change means for ALQO/Bitfineon development going forward:

1) We are expanding the development team and segregating workflow to include a more efficient development task schedule, so that we may bring more refined and complete products to market promptly. We will be implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies and providing regular updates to the community to keep everyone up to date on the development status of all products in our roadmap.

2) We have retained the services of a leading blockchain developer to take over Kevin’s responsibilities for the development and maintenance of the ALQO chain. Currently, we’re finalizing his contract and will announce his full details once the agreement is final. We anticipate his announcement by the end of this week. He has an extensive and impressive development history in the blockchain space, and I know the community will be happy he is involved.

3) We have appointed Nash as our interim-CTO for Bitfineon GmbH. Nash is a highly qualified and skilled Full Stack developer who has previously worked on Bitfineon and ALQO. It is my hope the community will welcome him warmly and support him in this new role. Additionally, Ra6e will be assisting Nash and providing front-end development support. Both Nash and Ra6e have been long-time members of the ALQO community and are excited to move us forward.

4) We have successfully on-boarded front-end and back-end developers with notable experience in the crypto space to complete development on Bitfineon. The development team will also handle the upcoming redesigned ALQO website. In addition to these items, we will be launching a newly created and more performant explorer with additional features. The QT wallet will also receive an overhaul.
There are more items in the pipeline, but I will end this announcement here for now. We want to remind the community much thought and consideration went into this decision, and we believe these steps represent the best foot forward in terms of success for ALQO and Bitfineon.

Please feel free to reach out to me or the BIG Fintech partners in the Discord or Telegram channels. — Jared
