Enter your MEW in the option send ether and tokens, using your private key. You must make sure you added the token, which can be done with the contract numer, name and decimals, when sending ETH you can press load tokens, if it is done correctly you will see the token and be able to send it

Yeah and you must have some gas in your MEW to send tokens out.

In which trading site you are going to transfer your token? If you are going to trade on etherdelta then you can import your private key and your token will be automatically there but you need to do deposit (transfer from your mew to etherdelta). Dont forget that you also need to have some eth on your mew, otherwise you wont be able to make trades on etherdelta.

First check the excahnge of your tokens, if it has already exchange fund your wallet with ethereum cause it serves as a gas, you cannot transfer tokens if you dont have ethereum balance on it.

The best way is to search for videos on how to use MyEtherWallet on youtube. When you have watched the video, it will be easier for you to then understand very clearly. This worked for me.

First of all you have to find out where the tokens that you own are being traded, to find this out go to coinmarketcap.com and search for the token. After this you need to have an account on this particular exchange and then look at the site how to deposit the particular tokens, there you will be provided with a deposit address. This address you will then need to insert in the recipients address field in MEW at the "send ether & tokens" tab. You will also need some ETH in your wallet to cover the gas costs of your transaction.

Sending tokens on any exchanger such as MyEtherwallet to EtherDelta have such procedures
In sending tokens to EtherDelta to MyEtherwallet you should have atleast 0.002eth balance on your MyEtherwallet these 0.002eth will act as a transaction fee. If you do have such balance just go directly at EtherDelta.com and log in your private key located at the upper right of this site then as you can see at the upper left ther is a section for token which is set in PPT try changing it to the token that you want to deposit. Then bellow of it there are deposit and withraw section, click the dipisit and enter the amount you want to deposit and its done.

The easiest way you would know how to transfer token from myetherwallet to ay trading sites is to search it on youtube. I know its kind of funny but that's how I learned to transfer and you can just follow through the steps too.

Tokens can be easily  transferred and traded at etherdelta.com , just because other trading platforms have complex designs.
Copy your myetherwallet private key and open etherdelta website, select import key at right upper side and paste the copied key.
Your balance and tokens should now be shown there. You can trade them but you must have some ether balance in your myetherwallet account
